Steering Committee (Comitê Gestor)
Highest governance body. Composed of Pro-Rectors and International Relations Directors from all 6 HEIs. Meets bi-monthly. Approves budgets, work plans, and annual reports. Reports directly to CAPES with regular accountability submissions.
4 Thematic Coordinators
One coordinator per strategic theme, all from UFU (Coordinator HEI). Responsible for integrating research groups, monitoring KPIs, facilitating mobility, and reporting to the Strategic Committee quarterly. Meetings: quarterly virtual + bi-annual in-person.
